Ehud Ettun is one of the most charismatic double bassists on the contemporary jazz scene; an artist who has turned the double bass into an exceptionally lyrical and expressive instrument - one that the audience not only hears, but feels with their whole body. Praised by “The Boston Globe” for his ability to evoke “the deep, soulful aura of Charlie Haden,” he brings his melodic, story-driven sound to some of the world’s most prestigious stages - from New York’s legendary Blue Note and the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., to concert halls in Boston, Toronto, Berlin, Tokyo, Seoul, and Warsaw.

Jazz Monday at Vertigo

He has collaborated with musical giants such as Kenny Werner, Anat Cohen, and George Garzone, and his discography includes six acclaimed albums. Equal parts virtuoso and poet, Ettun performs with a remarkable combination of fire and subtlety, turning every concert into an unforgettable journey.

Now, the artist is bringing this American jazz energy to Poland - he will perform live at Vertigo in Wrocław on November 16.
